Changes to Land Tax Management Systems

May 26, 2023 Leah Stevens

For more information and assistance, visit the Revenue NSW website.

In addition a Surcharge Assist tool has been created to to help customers identify if they may be liable for surcharge land tax.

If you're a foreign person who owns residential land in NSW, you must pay surcharge land tax in addition to any land tax you may already pay. You may be required to pay even if you do not pay land tax. For more details head to the Revenue NSW website.
